Lisa Lang has over 20 years of experience with Siemens, primarily working in learning and development, performance improvement,  business change initiatives, and program management.  
In her current role as a Head of Learning Campus US, Lisa is responsible for defining  and implementing an integrated business learning strategy across Siemens US divisions, in collaboration with global headquarters and key US stakeholders.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and serves as an assessor for project management certification boards within Siemens. 
Lisa has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Central Florida, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Clemson University.  She enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her family in their hometown of Winter Park, FL.
