Angie’s work has always been focused on creating a culture where people want to come to work and are supported and cared for by those they work with every day. Her strong belief in people has led her to take on roles where she can help people grow and develop into a better self. Her background has been primarily in organization development and learning.. She spent 18 years at Harley-Davidson, Inc. in Learning and Organization Development roles that supported Manufacturing, Global Marketing, and had responsibility for Harley-Davidson University which included executive development. She has continued this work as the VP of Talent Management since joining Oshkosh Corporation in 2015. At Oshkosh she oversees Talent Acquisition, Intern programs, D&I, Learning & Organization Development, and Leadership Development (Your Oshkosh University). She works closely with the executive team who is accountable for enabling a People First culture by setting an expectation that our team members to Engage, Develop and Connect with each other, their customers/suppliers and within their communities every day.
